Ok, forget about that LC_ALL, to be sure you run it exactly the same way as i
do , just do:

unset LANG
unset LANGUAGE
unset LC_ALL

mv ~/.wine ~/.wine_backup

LANG=en_US.UTF-8 wine setup_xop211.exe
