ae, really great patch.

My fps goes up by a large amount and finally wow uses more than one core. But
every change of the video settings ingame causes a crash for me. 

Now you only need to sort out the remaining bugs and make it somewhat less
intrusive. What about redefining BEGIN_GL() and END_GL() instead of removing it
everywhere?
