[Bug 14379] Ares does not connect to its network

Thanks Jaime, Ares does connect when Wine is emulating ME but I remember that
in Wine 0.9.3.x, Ares used to connect with any version of Windows. It seems
like what you said is true; with other versions of Windows, Ares is looped to a
LAN connection, therefore it doesn't connect.
