In this window click Options - click the combo box next to Network protocol label. Only <default> appears on the list, and several messages complaining about stubs in wbemprox appear in output. Under Windows there are several protocols to choose from. winetricks dotnet20 and a recent version of windows in winecfg is needed to start the application.
