[Bug 13801] Very slow text rendering in AutoCAD

Last comment... all that happens JUST with fonts.
I tried with many repeated very complex objects (hatchs for example)
but speed is ok, similar to AutoCAD on XP.
Even an array of 17x33 of rectangles filled with a wooden hatch (which is very
complicated one) is usable, about no slower than on XP.
Problem appears (up to now...) just on text objects.
