The backtrace file generates after crashing the
"xc32-v1.40-full-install-windows-installer.exe" execution.

I was trying to install a MicroChip XC32 compiler
(xc32-v1.40-full-install-windows-installer.exe) downloaded from
http://www.microchip.com/mplabxc32windows

The install program crashed and generated the backtrace file attached.
