[Bug 20004] ntdll:reg test causes reboot in Windows XP

The test doesn't make XP reboot here, but the test crashes, and the debug
build reports the stack corruption right after the pRtlpNtQueryValueKey call.
Looks like RtlpNtQueryValueKey takes 5 parameters not 4. I'll send a patch.
