[Bug 26873] Dekaron: crashes when starting the game from the launcher

I got the installer from
http://en.dekaron.nexoneu.com/NXEU.aspx?PART=/Download/GameClient. That
installer suffers from bug 29903. Changing WTSEnumerateProcessesW to return
FALSE works around it, allowing the Akami installer to complete, but it doesn't
seem to install the actual game/downloader client.

Simon, can you please retest?
