[Bug 22545] WinDVD 2010 won't startup

Still doesnt run, but it feels that this could be the reason.

err:rundll32:wWinMain Unable to load L"C:\\Program
Files\\Corel\\CorelWinDVD2010\\SQPlus.dll"

It needs rundll32 to load the dll? 

wine 1.8.rc1 and wine-staging 1.7.55 fails
