[Bug 40849] Ashes of the Singularity (DX11, 64-bit) fails to start

I did have to set X3DAudio1_7.dll to builtin, native in order to get anything
more than just the following: 

wine Ashes_DX11.exe 
err:module:import_dll Loading library X3DAudio1_7.dll (which is needed by
L"C:\\GOG Games\\Ashes of the Singularity\\Ashes_DX11.exe") failed (error
c000007b).
err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"C:\\GOG
Games\\Ashes of the Singularity\\Ashes_DX11.exe" failed, status c0000135
