[Bug 45287] Chessbase 11 fails to play media

On CBReader14, as well as not displaying the html images correctly when you
open the database the media is in (not a problem on ChessBase11), in the logs
there is:

winegstreamer error: decodebin1: Your GStreamer installation is missing a
plug-in.

no suitable plugins found:
Missing decoder: Advanced Streaming Format (ASF) (video/x-ms-asf)
