[Bug 30859] After upgrade Wine is now inoperable. Cannot be reinstalled.

No, the wine notepad does not load up. It flashes on the screen and then
flashes off.

I can't install anything to wine because my wine can no longer access my drives
and it can no longer see any of the programs that I had installed under it.
Apparently, it was unable to complete the install because when I try to access
wine, the icon now says that it is waiting to install.
