So, just to to confirm, the bug is there without any native ole dlls?
If so, please attach a log generated using the following command: WINEDEBUG=+ole,+typelib,+seh,+variant wine "d:\\Setup.exe"
I've already updated wine to version wine-0.9.61 It seems that the bug is not there, at least in the same form - the horizontal scroll bar isn't there, but the automatic line break function as expected. But there is still some problems there. On the screen shots (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=13916 and http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=13917) you can see it.
Don't know, whether it is still needed, but the output of wine with the given options I've added as well.
