[Bug 21868] Can't create Online-Profile in Anno1404

It's possible to login into a online-profile, but you can't create one. I used
VMWare and Windows XP with Original Anno to create a Anno1404 Online-Profile
and copyed it into the wine-directory. Login works. Online Game Works.

But creating an Online-Profil doesn't.
