This was the error I was getting before in pretty much all the wines including
wine-0.9.54:

m7ncd:~/.wine/drive_c/WizGold$ wine wizard.exe
err:fixup:apply_relocations No implementation for MSVIDEO.100, setting to
0xdeadbeef
fixme:mmsys:mmTaskCreate16 This is currently broken. It will fail
