[Bug 17034] IBExpert hung up with wine gecko 0.9.0

to reproduce this issue:

First time you start ibexpert it automatically open IBExpert Direct window and
then open a window message about ibexpert forums.
To reproduce it again go to Help -> IBExpert Direct...

The caption of the window that cause the issue is "The new Firebird Expert
Forum is now online"
