[Bug 38478] Captvty crashes at start without native .Net (so using mono)

This may be another issue of symbol resolution timings, where Mono looks up a
symbol from Newtonsoft.Json before the program is able to set up its
AssemblyResolve hook, while .NET is more "lazy".
