[Bug 42710] Wechat can not send file to friend

If the MS ole32.dll is installed, this bug can be worked around. The winetricks
haven't contained MS ole32 now, but I pull a request at
https://github.com/Winetricks/winetricks/pull/754, someone can use this patch
to install ole32.dll and try Wechat again.
