I can reproduce the problem with the scroll bars now. It was caused by <https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/commit/419893519c0660a765ebb9898b5ccf64c273b0cf> and it was fixed in Wine 7.15 by <https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/commit/7e2beeec911b0c8b8180f0e25bb8f5d9bb9a5b71>.
