[Bug 46663] League Of Legends is not working on win7 environment

The patches attached to bug 45666 and bug 45667 don't seem to be sufficient for
me. They also seem to form parts 1/3 and 2/3 of a series, but I don't see a bug
containing patch 3/3; am I missing a third patch somewhere?
