[Bug 45746] Import pfx fails. Metatrader 5 cannot connect to broker

metatrader5 can't see pfx certificates without crypt32 installed by winetricks.
After installing crypt32 metatrader5 can see pfx certificates ask about
password to open, but cannot read this certificate after entering the password.
