This is a regression from yesterday:

4356fe0d830759a4bc194f21f3c8fc3a36ca2ca0 disallows choco.exe to start


The easiest way to reproduce this, without having to install it completely (bit
tedious), is :

wget https://community.chocolatey.org/api/v2/package/chocolatey/1.4.0

7z x 1.4.0

wine ./tools/chocolateyInstall/choco.exe


Expected behaviour: It should print some error info because it's not installed
properly

Actual behaviour: 
wine: failed to start
L"Z:\\home\\louis\\Downloads\\tools\\chocolateyInstall\\choco.exe"
Application could not be started, or no application associated with the
specifie
d file.
