[Bug 24470] winegcc: 32-bit libs are not found with -m32 on 64-bit host

if you find msvcrt.dll.so with
$ ls /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/wine/msvcrt.dll.so
then we simply don't support the new naming scheme and i think this diserves a
new bug. open a new bug if so and add this bug under "see also".
