[Bug 17195] NamedPipe datagrams need to be _really_ datagrams

TCP urgent pointers aren't going to work; you only get 1 of them per socket
end.  From what I've read they're basically the TCP version of MSG_OOB.  We'll
have to figure something else out, I don't see Alexandre accepting this
implementation due to the lack of portability.
