.Net Framework 4.7.2 installed.

Assembly with unmanaged code is comdlg32.dll

PrintDialog returns correct PageRange values ​​only when PageRangeSelection is
PRESET to RangeSelection.UserRange, 
otherwise PageRange is not changed and PageRangeSelection remains equal to
RangeSelection.AllPages
