You can set a 32bpp resolution in the launcher which fixed the weird textures
for me.

Adding

++screenwidth "1360" ++screenheight "768" ++screendepth "32"

in the launcher as startup options may also help.

Disabling music in the launcher also makes the game run without any further
winetricks.

I cannot reproduce the mouse/keyboard problem.
