wine-1.1.43-191-g7614656 still present.

The one fixme that does seem to display every time something is supposed to
happen, ie when a game or program loads but the area of the screen doesn't
redraw, is:

err:d3d:IWineD3DDeviceImpl_Reset Cannot change the device window yet.
