[Bug 21619] Chief Architect X2 Trial hangs on startup

Tried launching this under several different windows options (using winecfg).

Using Windows 2008, Windows 7 or Windows 2008 R2 get rid of the WGL type
fixmes, leaving us with:

fixme:htmlhelp:HtmlHelpW HH case HH_INITIALIZE not handled.
fixme:ntdll:NtLockFile I/O completion on lock not implemented yet


Anybody know what these might be related to?
