[Bug 26358] Office 2003 installer crashes immediately

FWIW, I'm not getting a crash at all; the installer works fine for me in
1.3.16. Office Pro 2003, English. It is a slipstreamed copy provided by my
employer, so it doesn't require a registration key; perhaps that's the
difference.
