While I get the same error with gst-discoverer-1.0 from GStreamer 1.22.0
(Debian 12), the videos are played on this other system, using the same WINE
release.

So the failure to play the videos is probably not due to WINE itself but
because some of its dependencies.

I will try upgrading some of these to the versions of Debian unstable until I
find the faulty one, but since there are a lot of them it would help a lot if I
could get some pointers on the likely candidates.
