[Bug 39891] In Split/ Second all Wireless XBox 360 controllers are mapped to the Joystick 3 entry instead of js0- >Joystick 0, js1->Joystick 1, etc

I just tested the game with 2 different joysticks and it is completely messed
up. It does not recognize half of the controller buttons saying that I'm
pressing repeated buttons during the controller config. I'll do further tests
when I have more time.
