Your wine is ancient and you really shouldnt use it anymore.

Unhandled exception: unimplemented function
bcrypt.dll.BCryptOpenAlgorithmProvider called in 32-bit code (0x7b83936c).

This is the cause. Could be already fixed in later wines I didnt check.
