Tried WINEDEBUG=file. The output file was large so I have extracted match to
Harp.dls and can see file not found.

On closer inspection I noticed the filename discrepancy. 'DLS_Harp.dls' does
not exist but '__DLS_Harp.dls' does. All dls files in AddonWorld folder begin
with '__'.

I copied '__DLS_Harp.dls' to 'DLS_Harp.dls' and although not fully tested the
game works.
