[Bug 26144] Remove link to spam-infested Google Groups page from http://www.winehq.org/help

Looks like the volume of spam is low, I was able to mark two months
of it as abuse in about ten minutes (it's just four clicks and one keystroke
per spam message).  If more people did that, maybe we could keep it clear of
spam.

Plus I investigated and answered one real user question there.
It's not the hotbed the forum is, but it looks like there are still real users.
