[Bug 24171] Wine menu localization leads to double entries.

Sounds like an Ubuntu bug. Wine does not create any menus by default when
installed, only when installing Windows programs. The menu you get after
installing Wine is from Ubuntu, and they should fix it so it merges with those
generated by Wine.
