Minor edit: I should have said that GridSquareToDecimalDegrees is also run when
calculating input frequency 55000, but doesn't throw an SEH exception.  Maybe
wine-mono has trouble handling the SEH Exception.

Then in wine-mono, dvoa.dll, which is Delphi, throws a Delphi exception. So
maybe that Delphi exception is downstream from this unhandled SEHException in
PropagationPrediction.PredictionClass.GridSquareToDecimalDegrees somewhere.
