Running CachyOS with wine-staging 9.21, and it seems like the bug is fixed?
Tested with Arial (or its replacement rather, since I don't have allfonts -
just tahoma and cjkfonts), Times New Roman and Noto Sans, and CJK fonts are
being redirected just fine.

Will test on a clean install of Arch Linux in a virtual machine as soon as I
can, in case it's something related to my set up of CachyOS. If anyone else is
able to test, let me know.
