[Bug 57557] Windows apps no longer run properly on Wine 9

I tested Synthesia 9.8[1] on Wine 9.0 and 10.0rc3. Both work well; I can
install it and start it.

It is possibly an issue of our environment instead of a Wine bug. You can only
run 64-bit programs with a 64-bit Wine.
