affected wine wine-6.13, but also 6.10 and lutris build too.
Does not looks like it is a wine problem itself, as rolling back to
know-working is still broken, but a combination with something else, I know
there have been a kernel and systemd update and some more stuff.
WINEPREFIX tested on ntfs, ext4, and ramdisk (/tmp)

linux 5.13.4-arch2-1
systemd 249 (249.2-1-arch)
