[Bug 4063] wine crashes on exit from webed. Possibly due to OLEPictureImpl_FindConnectionPoint or richedit trouble?

I suspect webed has bugs of its own. 
We should not stress out over webed bugs until we've fixed 
known good programs, so I'm going to set this to LATER.
