I have 3 soundcards:

  * HDA Intel
  * Brooktree Bt878
  * Logitech USB Headset

For the headset I created a dmix and dsnoop device in .asoundrc and then
combined both into a single device using a type asym.

The headset only has Mic and Speaker volume controls in alsamixer.
