Here is my configuration - wine version 0.9.42 (works with 0.9.44 too) - winecfg -> Affichage -> Emuler un bureau virtuel (640x480) (Display -> Virtual desktop, or something like that) - winecfg -> Audio -> Emulation - mount CD iso in /media/cdrom0 - install the game in "/opt/jeux/heart_of_darkness" - run "wine HODWin32.exe" inside the game directory (whereas the game doesn't start) Hope this helps...
