As seen windows doesn't pump messages either, however it does PEEK at messages so that they will not trigger MsgWaitForMultipleObjects again, if our CoWaitForMultipleHandles would also do that then it will not be an issue as CoWaitForMultipleHandles will not look at those messages in the queue again.
