Incorrectly renderer login screen

Fedora 24 has just upgraded Wine from 1.9.20-staging to 1.9.22-staging. And now
some text is rendered to the screen incorrectly.

I have attached a screenshot; the overlarge text is supposed to have been
rendered in the "Breaking News" window.
