The Witcher 3, high/ultra settings, no hairworks, CSMT on, buffer pool hack

Buffer pool patch applied. High/ultra graphics settings, hairworkds off. Same
hardware as above. Framerate: ~45fps. 

That's where GPU starts being loaded almost at 100%, so higher end card than my
current AMD RX480 can probably help here. Without pool hack GPU isn't fully
loaded even on max settings.
