[Bug 21914] Can not Use Windows MS Office Workspace

Microsoft discontinued Office Live Workspace as of January 21, 2011, and
migrated all existing accounts to Windows Live Skydrive. The toolbar plugin for
Office 2003/2007 doesn't work with Skydrive and is no longer available for
download.
