This bug still occur with wine-5.20(staging).

$ wine Silverlight.exe /q /doNotRequireDRMPrompt /noupdate
$ wine iexplore https://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/new-controls/demo/

Blank page. Then close iexplore, it crashes.
