It's exactly like I described. He haven't created a patch, just replaced the
values of the two define's in libs/wine/ldt.c

Technically, I think it should work with any Wine version as long as those
variables exist. By 2003 they existed already, except that LDT_FIRST_ENTRY was
WINE_LDT_FIRST_ENTRY, and it was located in a different file.
