[Bug 22916] Program installs fine, but crashes on start

Here is the error I get from terminal...

install the Windows version of Mono to run .NET executables

I guess I don't know how to get microsoft .NET 3.5 or 4 framework installed on
Ubuntu.  Can I ask you for suggestions on how to install it?  Or should I head
over to the Forums.  (I apologize, I'm pretty new to Ubuntu and WINE etc.)

I'm using WINE 1.1.42
