[Bug 59509] SWAT 4: Some parts of the settings menu become invisible

My daily driver is labwc, but I was able to reproduce this issue on almost all
DEs for x11 and wayland: KDE Plasma, GNOME, COSMIC, hyrpland, sway, i3, niri,
and openbox. And reiterating what is said in the description, the issue is not
really Alt + Tab, but rather the Windows key, just click on it and the issue is
reproduced. And there is nothing in the default debug channels, so please let
me know if you need any further information.
